• Exploit the Service for commercial purposes without explicit written consent
The Service provides disposable email addresses intended for temporary use only. Email messages and attachments may be delayed, filtered, deleted, or lost. We do not guarantee delivery, storage, accuracy, or availability of any messages.
You acknowledge that use of temporary email services carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for your needs. Temp Mail Africa is not responsible for account losses, missed communications, data loss, or damages arising from your reliance on the Service.
The Service may display advertisements and use third-party SDKs and services, including Google AdSense and Google AdMob. These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Temp Mail Africa does not control third-party advertising content or data practices. Your interaction with ads or third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
All software, source code, databases, designs, trademarks, logos, text, and other content associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Temp Mail Africa or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, and disclosed. By using the Service, you consent to such processing in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temp Mail Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or access, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violations of this EULA, platform policies, or applicable laws.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update this EULA periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
